Bernard Nassif

Bernard is an experienced executive with 18+ years in general business management. From scaling start-ups into category leaders to running established divisions of 280+ employees, consistently outperforming market growth.

His career has spanned FMCG, kitchen appliances, and luxury goods across strategically important markets including France, the UK, North America, Australia, and Spain. He has led divisions at L'Oréal Spain, built Froothie's UK and European operations, and currently serves as CBDO of Glava Holding Group alongside running Strat Management.

Strat Management offers expert advice on strategy, e-commerce, marketing, and sourcing. Informed by deep operational experience across people management, finance, and supply chain.

Project work has spanned cosmetics, banking, kitchen appliances, celebrity brand matching and alcohol, across the US, Australia, Canada, France, Spain, the UK and the MENA region. Bernard's fluency in English, Spanish, Arabic and French enables genuine strategic dialogue at a local level, wherever the work takes place.
